The hour-long countdown on the website is very misleading, as the order took notably longer than an hour to arrive. The actual delivery time wasn't unreasonable for the time of year, but the same has happened previously. It's more about expectation rather than a problem with the time itself. Perhaps put a note on the website / amend the expected time?

My favourite takeaway in town. Delicious food and somewhere me and my other half can both order as a vegan and non-vegan household! Highly recommend to others
